Delivering a flawless brand experience for BA in AsiaPacific


British Airways: Club World Launch.

The new BA Club World service needed to be launched across the Asia and The Pacific region. BA needed a close trusted partner who fully understood their business requirements, shared their values and had solid experience in delivering premium events in Asia.

The new BA flatbed service represented a multi-million pound investment for the airline, and offered travellers the chance to define their own space and combine comfort and business. The series of private and public launch events needed to be showcase the brand and promote the vastly improved passenger experience across the Asia/Pacific region.

be-good were engaged based upon a proven ability to embed within client culture and deliver experiences that truly represent and inhabit brand identity. be-good collaborated with both client teams and with their venues, suppliers and technical crews in Mumbai, Delhi and Shanghai. In each location exhibits were constructed and an elegant series of showcase demos of the new flatbed produced: along with private parties to celebrate the superior Club World experience in a market where the brand is trusted to uphold a high standard.

With a deep understanding of the BA culture and their business objectives, be-good leveraged excellent working relationships with both client teams and local suppliers to produce a flawless brand experience for customers. The new service was promoted successful in key markets to the right audiences.

The programme of events for Club World heralded huge success for BA, who went on to win numerous international design and aviation industry awards, including “Best Business Class” and “Best Transatlantic Airline” in the 26th OAG airline industry awards.
