be-good are heading south to the French Riviera. It’s time for Cannes Lions 2015 and our exciting programme of digital thought leadership events for WPP and YouTube.
For two days be-good will host global leaders from the tech world to discuss how data and technology are driving creative solutions in ways never seen before. Like any Stream event, PPT presentations, sales pitches and dark airless conference sets are nowhere to be seen. In our informal and inspiring setting we will bring ideas and thinkers together: an eclectic, influential group of CEOs, CMOs, CDOs – to discuss and debate the future of digital.
Each year Sir Martin Sorrell (CEO, WPP) invites a small group of brands, agency folk, CEOs and technology and media partners to a small island in the Bay of Cannes for lunch and afternoon of innovative discussions. It is a welcome space for thought, time for interesting conversation away from the buzz of the Croisette. Dubbed ‘The Bilderberg of Advertising’ by The Guardian, previous speakers have included Jeff Weiner (CEO, LinkedIn), Marissa Mayer (CEO, Yahoo), David Karp (Founder, Tumblr), Nassim Taleb (Author, The Black Swan) and Shane Smith (CEO, VICE) among others.
The next day will see the arrival of guests to YouTube Create as they take over the island for a day of innovation and exploring creativity in digital. We have seen the agenda and guests are in for a treat – can’t wait to tell you all about it…
These events precede the Lions Innovation Festival where data, technology and creativity intersect with revolutionary product demonstrations, networking events and the inaugural Lions Innovation Festival and Awards.
