WPP Stream 2018 Unconference – Gravity Man, Kayaks, Ikigai, Avocados, Puppets, Huel & more….

Our crew are still pumped from another amazing WPP Stream in Marathonas Greece. We heard from the producers of hit show ‘Love Island‘, former Greek Prime Minister, George Papandreou, YouTube Puppeteer Barnaby Dixon and more. Guests swam, ran, sang, kayaked, cooked, talked and, most importantly, made the most amazing, long lasting connections.

This lovely Seenit footage, perfectly sums up the electric, vibrant, serendipitous nature of how we unconference.  Oh, and check out GRAVITY MAN!

Next stop Ojai, California for WPP Stream USA

Why do we need stronger communities in business?

Less than 1 in 5 people actually enjoy going to work. Wow. Yep. It’s a fact. According to a recent YouGov study, only 17% of us love going to work AND 70% of us feel disengaged at work. That’s shocking. With social and mobile technologies connecting us at unprecedented levels, more and more people are…

The inspiration and learning at live events must live on!

Traditional events involve a largely passive delegate presence; one-way communication from the stage with the audience as passengers. Although initially engaged, after a relatively short time the audience may start to shift restlessly, check their phones, look around the room and become disengaged. No matter how spectacular the content, a more participative dialogue between speaker and…

Our second Stream USA took place on the 15-17 November, in the beautiful resort of Ojai California. Our tireless crew built a teepee village, set up workshops, cajoled and encouraged participants from the US and beyond. Open source events are the key to promoting dialogue and innovation

Conference fatigue is a real thing. The brightest and best talent, speakers, sponsors and partners… so many conferences… another industry gathering, more PowerPoint, another impressive keynote for the hottest new entrepreneur. Sigh. Change it up! Creating an inspiring and open environment encourages participation and better interaction, which leads to productive dialogue, learning and innovation. When…

Build better relationships by empowering participants

Crowds can be lonely. Only the bold and outspoken take the mic to ask a question in a crowded auditorium. But what of the other bright and interesting people you have in the room? We miss out on their ideas and experience if we don’t create a welcome space that inspires contribution. So many of…
