During the COVID-19 pandemic, DoctorsUpdates needed to help specialists and frontline clinicians share knowledge quickly, openly and across disciplines.
be-good supported that mission by delivering a series of virtual conferences designed to make the latest research, clinical experience and best practice accessible to medical professionals working through an unprecedented crisis.
The Brief
The priority was speed, relevance and accessibility.
DoctorsUpdates wanted to bring together Critical Care experts and frontline clinicians so that emerging knowledge could be shared in real time, giving medical professionals access to both new research and the practical experiences of peers treating COVID patients around the world.
With physical gatherings impossible, the virtual format needed to feel engaging, credible and easy to access.
Our Thinking
We focused on making the content useful first.
The sessions brought together more than 500 Critical Care specialists and frontline clinicians, with internationally recognised medical professionals sharing research, firsthand experience and evolving approaches to COVID care.
The virtual format removed geographical barriers and enabled knowledge to travel quickly between experts working in different hospitals, disciplines and countries.
At a time when guidance and understanding were changing rapidly, the experience created space for practitioners to learn from one another and take those insights back into frontline care.
The Outcome
The conferences connected more than 500 medical professionals with high-quality, timely content at a moment when access to shared expertise was particularly valuable.
Feedback from senior consultants and frontline doctors reflected the importance of the sessions, with attendees praising both the quality and accessibility of the content.
The project demonstrated how thoughtfully designed virtual experiences can do more than replace a physical event. They can connect expertise, accelerate knowledge-sharing and help professional communities support one another when it matters most.
“The best session I have attended yet on Covid.”
