After a year of exceptional growth in 2021, Motorway saw a sharp rise in both their company valuation and team size. With the festive season fast approaching, they approached us to create a last-minute Christmas party in Brighton that would celebrate their achievements and reward their hardworking, fast-growing team.

We delivered a vibrant, motor-themed event for 200 staff, transforming the venue into an immersive celebration of movement, momentum and success. The entertainment line-up featured a dazzling hoop artist, mirror ball dancers who lit up the space with energy and sparkle, and interactive performance moments designed to keep guests engaged throughout the night.

Bespoke scenic elements included custom car seat prop installations for guest photo ops and lounge seating, as well as a VW campervan DJ booth that became the focal point of the dance floor. Every detail was curated to reflect the spirit of the brand and the energy of the team, resulting in a high-impact, feel-good celebration delivered at pace and with polish.
